Quotations are free, however active termite treatments and solutions costs vary, dependent on level of infestation and the size of the property to protected.

What is included in our Rodents Inspection and Management?

Onsite site inspection to determine possible entry points and environmental conditions conducive to rodent activity. 

Commercial quality rodent (rat and mice) stations are provided, with the bait being secured on pins within the fully lockable stations. Where possible, stations are secured and a location map is provided.

We use bait which is non transferable to other animals, thereby eradicating the rodent problems whilst ensuring your pets and wildlife remain safe from secondary poisoning.

Onsite visits start from $95 with final cost depending on the level of infestation and the amount of rodent stations required.

What is included in our Webbing Spider Inspection and Management?

Webbing spiders such as redback spiders.

Spot treatments and treatments to cracks and crevices, base of internal walls, cornices, under pergola areas, outdoor furniture and other areas of harbourage.

We offer a 12 month warranty on webbing spiders (conditions apply)

What is included in our Ant Inspection and Management?

A specialised ant inspection is recommended if your property has an ant infestation.  This treatment will involve an initial site inspection to help determine the species of ant (did you know that there are over 1400 species of ants in Australia and Queensland has the most native species of ants in the world).  Once the species has been identified, a treatment program will be implemented, targeting key areas that will help to solve the issue. 

The Technician will also take the time to educate the Customer on non-chemical recommendations such as ensuring foliage is kept away from the house and food sources are limited. This will ensure that the Client gains the most out of their ant treatment.

What is included in our Flying insects Inspection and Management?

Flying insects could be a variety of pests including house flies; midges; alates (termite reproductives); drain fly; pantry moth or even fleas.

One of our friendly and highly qualified Technicians can attend the site and determine exactly what the issue is and then formulate a targeted treatment plan to solve your pest issue.

What is included in our Flea Inspection and Management?

To successfully eliminate fleas,  a partnership between the Customer, the Pest Technician and the Veterinarian is required.

All floor surfaces (internally and externally) are treated.

If there are animals on the property, a veterinary flea treatment should be applied to the animal prior to our arrival.

What is included in our Cockroaches Inspection and Management?

There are a large number of cockroach species in Australia, but the main ones found in Queensland homes are the Australian Cockroach, American Cockroach, Brown banded Cockroach and German Cockroach. Our general pest treatment covers all these cockroach species EXCEPT German Cockroaches.  German Cockroaches require a specialised, crack and crevice treatment (often requiring two treatments, 1-3 weeks apart) to eradicate them. 

German cockroaches will mainly be found in kitchen areas and bathroom areas as they prefer warm, dark and humid places, close to a food source.  German cockroaches breed more quickly than the other species and a pair of cockroaches can have up to 10 000 babies per year.  They will find homes within your electrical appliances and can cause significant and expensive damage to your home.
